Customer Protection Plan

We have taken great care in building a loyal customer following since 1998.  That sort of thing doesn't "just happen."  Our Customer Protection Plan is provided for your complete peace of mind. Please ask any questions BEFORE YOU ORDER.


Warranty:

  • All product sold on this site is guaranteed to be 'Brand New, Factory Boxed and if not covered by the Factory warranty, You WILL receive a parallel Audio N More warranty for UP TO ONE FULL YEAR.
  • Within the first 7 calendar days of your receipt of your equipment we will repair or replace {at manufacturers discretion} and return your unit at no cost to you, other than the cost of shipping the unit back to us.
  • Return Authorization can be obtained via our web form and issued via email.
  • Alarms, Security Products, Remote Starts***

    • All Alarms/Remote Starts/Remote Controls sold on site are Brand New, Factory Boxed and come with all original Manufacturer's documentation.  Buyer must accept the fact that the ONLY recourse for product repair/replacement of product is through the manufacturer ONLY.  Once installation of this product has been attempted, the manufacturer may decline to service the system under warranty.  This category of product is a FINAL SALE item

***We publish this note because installing these products may involve unforeseeable challenges.  We strongly Recommend professional installation.  We do not provide any Tech Support.

Return/Exchange Policy**

Note: No Returns accepted without required RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE

  • Returns on unopened products are accepted with a minimum 15% restocking fee (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable).

  • Refunds are provided in the form of Store Merchandise Credit:

    • An unopened item may be returned for a period of 14 days from delivery. Our quality control seal(s) must not be broken.

    • *Shipping fees are non-refundable and are not included in exchange or merchandise credit.    - total information given with return authorization via email only.

    • Note: if item included shipping/handling fees in price, you will still be charged actual shipping and handling as determined by our shipping dept.

    **All Enclosures, Speaker Boxes and special order items^ are FINAL Sales.  No Cancellation, refund or exchange possible

    **All Vehicle Specific Accessories and Installation Parts (Including Power Wire and Speaker Wire) are FINAL Sales 

Orders

  • Universal Subwoofer Boxes normally ship within 3-7 business days of order processing depending upon stock location.*
    UPS shipping only.  UPS tracking information is emailed when product ships when provided
    *if not in stock locally, shipping can take up to 10 days
  • ALL Custom enclosures are ordered direct at the time of processing.  Usual delivery times vary from 7 to 21 business days.

  • Most Q-Custom and Q-Forms ship direct from the factory.  MTX and ALL 'Loaded' boxes must be shipped to our store location for customer delivery which can add a week to delivery times. 
  • All Vehicle Specific Accessories and Installation Parts (Including adapters, interface units, Power Wire and Speaker Wire) are classified "Special Order Items 
  • Electronic accessories, adapters, interface orders: We reserve the right to ship alternative brand items to those published.  Major manufacturers produce their line under alternative brand names
  • If product is not currently available, you will be notified via email and given option of cancellation of order. 
  • Print out your invoice page and record your invoice/order number.  This is necessary to track your order and for all future correspondence.

Shipping

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours (excluding custom orders-see above)
  • Selecting any upgraded (ie: 2nd day air) shipping is optional and refers to actual shipping time and does not reflect processing time.
  • Our chosen shipper is UPS but we reserve the right to ship via any reputable shipper.
  • We reserve the right to ship certain adapters/remotes via US Postal service.

Payment

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover - ONLY U.S. issued accounts
  • We accept US POSTAL Money Orders ONLY -No Bank Checks, no Bank Money orders, No personal Checks-they will be returned
  • MONEY ORDER PAYMENT-
    • Simply select 'check' payment on form
    • Enter any three numbers where required
    • Purchase US POSTAL Money order
    • Write order number on Money Order
    • Mail to address on invoice. 

Security

  • Your personal information and email address will not be shared with anyone.  See our Privacy Statement.
  • Adult Signature will be required for delivery and we ONLY ship to credit card or PayPal 'Billing or Confirmed' address on account.
  • To provide full protection to our customers we enforce the following for all "High Value" Sales:
    • After submission of an order, the credit card or PayPal account owner will be contacted by our support personnel for completion of a security questionnaire.  This is processed by a 3rd party credit security company and will verify identity of caller.  ONLY the owner of the account will be able to complete the this step.
  • Your current "IP" address will be recorded at checkout for security reasons
  • All Customer Service questions handled via our special web form-email only

Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for typographical errors. If you find one, TELL US!  We don't like them either.
  • We are not responsible for manufacturers published specifications.     Again, if you find an error, tell us, and we’ll correct it
  • We make no assertions as to the suitability of any manufacturers product for any specific purpose, nor are we liable for consequences of performance, intended or otherwise, of any manufacturers product. 
  • We reserve the right to ship an updated version of any product order.  Many times a manufacturer will upgrade/change a product without any prior notice.

Additional Information:

When you submit an order on our secure shopping cart site, you will automatically be sent a copy of your invoice.  This is all done totally automatically.  Our secure shopping system has performed flawlessly in this manner for years.  If you did not receive an invoice, it probably was stopped by your spam filters or there is a problem with the address provided.  It does not mean your order was not accepted.  Any doubts at all, contact our sales dept via our web form-see contact info page.  We are not responsible for our email not reaching you.  Unfortunately, with the many types of email filters employed today, we cannot be held responsible for our email not reaching you.

If you paid with Paypal and did not receive an invoice, please check your Paypal account to verify your payment was sent.  Then contact our sales dept ASAP and provide them with your Paypal information.

After You Order:

Our Sales personnel cannot and will not respond to questions pertaining to "Order Status".

Why?

For Security reasons and to maintain our customer's privacy, we must receive any and all communications concerning existing orders, addresses, etc via our secure form system.  This eliminates any and all miscommunications and protects our customer's personal information.
